About the role
In this exciting and varied position, you will play a key role in the development and embedding of key City of Casey frameworks that will support the organisations performance. The role will see you developing, maintaining and improving corporate planning, benefits realisation and corporate reporting frameworks that seek to enhance the Council capability.
You will also utilise data to identify trends, develop and recommend innovative solutions to existing issues, while providing easy to interpret performance reports for stakeholders across Council.
About you
You will be a highly motivated individual, ideally with demonstrated experience in corporate planning and/or performance reporting. Excellent attention to detail combined with strong interpersonal and written communication skills will see you succeed in this role. Previous experience within change management and driving a culture of continuous improvement will be advantageous.
